This is a 4 layer tutu skirt with a broad elasticated waistband and coloured trim to the top layer.

 

You choose the colours for the waistband and each of the mesh layers. The top layer's trim will be the same colour as the waistband.

 

As an example the main photograph shows a tutu with green waistband, powder blue top layer, purple 2nd layer, yellow 3rd layer and green 4th layer. This gives a wonderful kaleidoscope of colours as the tutu spins and bounces. As each of the layers flips up it reveals a shot of unexpected colours that livens up every performance.
