Postage and packaging

Our standard shipping cost is only £3.45 for anywhere in the UK no matter how large your order is.

 

Most standard orders are dispatched the same day by 2nd class post and are received the within 24-72 hours however you should allow 7-10 working days for standard deliveries to arrive. A signature may be required.

 

If you wish to request a guaranteed delivery date then receive please contact us for a price.

 

Our timed delivery services cover most of the UK mainland but will not be guaranteed to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and other parts of the UK. Normally it will take a further 24 hours for deliveries in these areas. Please contact us if you require further information.

 

If the cost or weight of your order is greater than that allowed for a particular service you will see a message asking you to contact us so that we can work out the most effective method of delivering your order to you.

Postage outside of UK

Outside of the UK postage is calculated automatically for you at checkout based on the weight of your order. The postage cost for most overseas orders will not be more than £6.95. Outside of the UK orders are sent via Airmail and delivery times vary from country to country. Please contact us for the most up to date delivery timescales.

 

Any Free delivery offer is made on condition that you do not return the goods you order, other than to replace faulty goods. This does not affect your satutory rights.

 

Your order will be sent to you in a sturdy plastic envelope which, if opened carefully, can be reused. We keep to a minimum the amount of packaging and paper work that we send through the post but along with your order you should expect to receive a paper invoice with an adhesive return address label that you can use when returning items to us.
