If you're not happy with your order then return it!
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Dancemania but if for any reason you change your mind, decide you don't like the colour or want to order more than one style to choose from, be confident that you can easily return any unwanted items.
All we ask is that you return the item in the condition that you receive it, in its original packaging, with tags, unused, clean and free from odour, make up or deodorant within 21 days of purchase to:

Please note that exchanges can take up to 28 days to process. If you require an exchange for a specific date e.g. in time for Christmas we advise that you place a fresh order as we cannot guarantee that returns will be processed in time.Make sure you complete all sections including your order number and the reason why you are returning your order item. Failure to provide all of these details will result in a delay in processing your return.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days however during December and January please allow up to 28 days for your refund or exchange to be dealt with.
Christmas Gifts
Any purchase bought as a Christmas present after 31st October can be returned up to the end of the following January. The item must be returned in the condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with tags, unused, clean and free from odour, make up, deodorant or reindeer hair.
Free Exchanges
You may exchange goods for a different size or colour free of charge. If you wish to exchange for a completely different product this may be treated as a new order and a further P & P charge may apply. If you request an exchange or any additional items to be sent then you are giving your authority for any necessary payment to be taken from your account.

Free exchanges apply to UK orders only, all exchanges to be sent to an address outside of the UK will be charged the full postal cost for the delivery.
Exclusions
All sale items, personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from the returns policy so please check carefully before ordering.
As soon as you place an order for a personalised or made-to-order item you have entered into a contract to purchase that item. Therefore once you have submitted the order you cannot cancel or return the item either before or after dispatch.
A full charge will be made on goods that have been returned in a used or unsaleable condition (e.g. damaged packaging, torn, scuffed or dirty goods). A £2 charge will be made to replace any missing packaging or labelling upon return.

We reserve the right to return to you (at your cost) any item returned to us after 21 days or not in compliance with the conditions above.
Post and Packaging costs can only be refunded if the reason for return is because of an error on our part. The cost of P&P will be deducted from refunds on returned goods that attracted a Free P&P offer upon ordering.
For your protection we recommend that you obtain proof of posting or use a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that we do not receive.
