By using this website and placing an order you are confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Upon submitting an order you will receive an email confirming your purchase and giving you a unique order number. Please quote this order number in all correspondence and if you wish to pay by phone or post. Please check your details carefully, particularly the size and colour you have selected.
You must ensure that you are capable of receiving emails from dancemania.biz, this may require you to update settings on Spam filters that your computer system employs. We can not be held responsible for you not reading emails that have been sent to you.


Payment may be made online using credit or debit card or via PayPal. When paying by card you will be taken to our online payment system, SagePay, which will encrypt your card details and handle them securely. Alternatively, you may phone our central payments centre with your card details on +44 (0)1202 604968.
Please note that we are a UK company and all prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. All transactions are processed in UK Pounds Sterling.
We can accept payment by cheque or UK postal order. We can only accept cheques in UK Pounds Sterling and goods cannot be dispatched until a cheque has been received. Please post payment to (remember to write your order number on the back of the cheque):

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions for exchanges you authorise any necessary extra payment to be taken from your account if you make any amendments or additions to your order. Further guidance on ways to pay is given when you checkout your order.

All prices include UK VAT at 20% where appropriate.


The majority of orders are dispatched the same day. Occasionally certain colours or sizes may be out of stock. Every product has an indication of an expected delivery time, we ask that you please note the timescale given, particularly for made-to-order or personalised items. We will make every effort to satisfy your order within the dispatch estimate given. If an item is likely to be unavailable for longer than this estimate you will be informed by e-mail and given the option to cancel your order, choose an alternative or wait for the original item. If you require your items for a specific date please make this clear when you order it.

Cancellation right

We ask that you check your details very carefully, particularly the size and colour you have selected before you submit any order.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of made to order and personalised items).
You have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly, in a saleable condition, at your cost.
However, as soon as you place an order for a personalised or made-to-order item you have entered into a contract to purchase that item. Therefore once you have submitted the order you cannot cancel, exchange or return the item either before or after dispatch.
You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.
Upon receipt of your cancellation within 7 days and the returned goods you will receive a full refund via the method you used to pay originally.
This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations,. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.
The Regulations do not apply to made to order or personalised items.

Specification Change

As part of their program of continual improvement our suppliers may alter the design or specification of an item. So, very rarely, the item you receive may differ slightly from the image or description given on the website. We will do our best to keep our descriptions accurate but sometimes there may be circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions without notice.

To place an order with us you do need to create an user account. This will enable you to:

  • make changes
  • browse previous orders
  • create wish lists
  • create up to 5 event gift registry
  • add your own reviews of products
  • send recommendations to friends
  • benefit from automatic promotions and discounts during checkout

You must not add any offensive, insulting, illegal or otherwise dubious material in any customer review or other public area of the website. Any such incidents will be treated seriously and will result in the material being removed from the website.
